Paying this price for 2 piece of plastic that wear off so fast!!!! i think Shimano need to really sit down with their RnD team to make it more durable. However it fix well in terms of power transfer.

I would just recommend these for racing as there is no float which could lead to a bit of knee ache if not correctly set up. I use the yellow ones with float to train on.

Love um, no float so easy and quick to release just get the set up right. Last a long long time, easy to walk in due to have plenty of grip.
Fixing screws a bit short but fine that's ok my shoes came with screws anyway so no issue for me.

These are the cleats that Look wish thy had designed, no more need for muddy cleat covers spoiling your pockets. Easy to walk in and non-slip when stopping on the road. Only small complaint, the attaching bolts supplied are too short for some shoes.
