Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 53 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what I needed I have just branched into using clipless and these have not disappointed. Easy to fit and maintain. I did need to tighten one up after a while, but I was walking around in the shoes as well so it was hardly suprising. 23 September 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Much better than 1 way cleats The 2 way release is much easier to use and saved me from few occasions during emergency brake. New SPD user should try this instead of the 1 way release cleats. 15 September 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good quality and durability Good quality and durable materials even after walking on stones maintain their shape. Easy to adjust positioning, they comes with 4 mounting screws. 13 September 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lightweight Just what I needed to use My MTB shimano Pedals.Shimano stuff on the higher level I cannot fault.I highly recommend them. 25 August 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by excellent produit après essai produit de bonne qualité correspond parfaitement aux indications donne 23 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 19 July 2014

Answer:
I've used these cleats on my Shimano SPD MTB and Road shoes with no problems, just keep a check on the screw tightness they are inclined to loosen up during the first 100 miles.

Answer:
I believe the SH56 cleats have the same 4 degrees of float sa the SH51 cleats, but are multi-directional release so you can engage/ disengage by turning your heel in either directon (or by bunnyhopping), while the SH51 cleats only engage from one side.

Answer:
to me it feels like there is more float. i don't know if this is because the difference between being clipped in and out is less (they unclip easier), but it certainly feels like there is more play.
