Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent shoes for a spare pair I needed a spare pair of cycle shoes that were slightly bigger than my other ones for winter riding. I can wear my woolie boolies with these and they are a nice fit. Very flexible shoes and comfy. For the price they were a steal. 21 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great commuting shoes Have been using these for 5 or 6 weeks. Realy comfy, there is plenty of space even for wide feet. Extremely ventilated, you can see your feet through the mesh parts. Flexible enough to walk all day without any issue. Sole is pretty flat, forget using them for anything different to city commuting. They have nice though materials and good finishings, they seem made to last. 19 January 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable and effective touring shoe These shoes are very good at the two jobs they set out to do, be a walkable shoe when off the bike and do an effective job of transferring energy when pedalling. I have been very impressed with these shoes. The adage of go an extra size up in Shimano shoes also holds true with these. 15 December 2013

Answer:

Full Specs?

I am very new to cycling shoes and am not really sure what is out there. One of the previous questions asks about cleats and the answer was "it doesn't come with cleats, just the shoes and pedals". Does that really mean if I buy the shoes they come with a pair of pedals or does it mean it doesn't require cleats, like the cleats are built into the shoe or are these not actually clipless shoes? And if the cleats are built into the shoes what pedals do I use? Is that what SPD means? There's no picture of the sole so I am not sure and the specs don't really seem to mention much about how to use the shoe.

Answer:
Looking at the question and the answer, there is nothing that says that shoes come with pedals.
It simply states that cleats are not supplied with shoes, only with pedals (shoes and pedals are purchased separately).
You can only use MTB (SPD) shoes with MTB (SPD) pedals.
No description would ever really advise you how to use a product.
I strongly advise that you maybe try watching some youtube videos and or tutorials on SPD shoes and pedals. They will provide you with much needed knowledge on this matter:

Answer:
SPD is a clipless pedal usually more for mtb. Cleats will come with the pedals and are bolted to the shoe via a fixing plate in the sole. Buy what pedals are in your budget and the correct cleats will be included. I would suggest shimano as they have a large choice.
