Rated 5 out of 5 by Dura ace for any race Hi I am just an obsessive and passionate guy on cycling I love biking for a long ride the dyra ace cassette is lightweight and fits well on bikes 23 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Calidad Rezuma calidad...peso ligero y perfecto con la cadena shimano hg 7900 10v. 08 June 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Toothed round thing It's a toothed round thing that meshes with your chain and makes the wheel go around. Awesome. You pay a lot of extra cash to shed a few grams off an ultegra (yes folks! Pay More For Less! It's the future, I tell you). I may just be an insensitive hack, but I can't tell any difference in shift quality over the ultegra, so it's only worth it if you're an obsessive weight wotsit, and simply must shed those extra grams, Dahling. 14 May 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfecto Lastima que dejar de fabricar este carrete para 10 velocidades. Os lo recomiendo por precio y calidad. 20 March 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by A Great Product The cassette is just great! It works very well with the 7900 chain. Both light-weight and durable, it does exactly what it is supposed to do- provide a great riding experience. 20 March 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Diminishing returns Unless you are changing gears during full loads, this feels the same as an ultegra or even 105 cassette. So if you don't race id spend close to a quarter of the cost and go ultegra. I still ride a DA 9 speed group from the 90's. My old race bike permanently on the indoor trainer. The cassette and chain still shift flawlessly, so I can testify to it's durability. The current ultegra shifts just as quietly as DA under light loads, but anything over ~600w and the ultegra can complain during shifts (though there is never a delay, just noisy), DA won't hesitate or complain under pretty much any load I can generate. As usual, use a full DA drivetrain/group to make the most of it. Shifters, deralliers and chainrings. It's really designed to work best as a complete system. 24 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Cassette is the best I've had, light, amazing quality, and a good price from chain reaction 14 December 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Light, Fast and Durable The best cassete money can buy when compared to weight and cost ratio. Works exceptionally well too. Surprisingly Durable. I only need to change these every 2000km (because i ride very hard and weather is very harsh here), not that it is badly worn but just a precaution. 02 October 2013

Hi David,

You will certainly be able to fit the 7900 Dura-Ace (11-28) in place of your current SRAM cassette.

Answer:
Will fit correctly for sure ... i highly recommend a Hyperglide (HG-Chain) Shimano makes for use with any Cassettes that use super narrow hyperglide chains because the chainrings are spaced a bit closer than a SRAM

Necessity to change chain

Dear sir

I am currently using a 12-23 cassette. If I were to mount a 12-27 cassette do I need to buy a longer chain. Thanks.

Answer:
The difference between 23 and 27 tooth cogs will be reasonably close, so you will likely be fine to keep using your existing chain, but it's considered good practice to replace your chain at the same time when you replace your chainrings/ cassette to ensure the most efficient shifting.
