Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by OK Well they work ok in the dry. Once it starts to get wet however they get sqealy and stopping power is greatly reduced 22 November 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by superb! exactly what you'd expect from shimano. 13 April 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent performance Bought these to replace Ultegra brakes (which didn't survive a winter of gritted roads). Don't care about them being lighter than the Ultegra, as I'm overweight anyway. Easy to fit, and fantastic stopping power. No problem stopping the bike with 100kg of me on it, even on a steep downhill road. 11 April 2010

Answer:
Not being a Felt dealer I am unable to confirm the B16 frame requirements but it appears to run the brake on the chainstay behind the bottom bracket. Your local Felt dealer will be able to offer advice on suitable calipers.
