Rated 5 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by My first road shoes! I actually went to my LBS looking for my first pair of road shoes. I tried on several different brands and models. The Shimano R107's were the most comfortable shoe of them all. My LBS did not have the blue in stock and said they could no get it, so I found them here on Chain Reaction. Price was great and shipping was fast. I have about 100 miles on the shoes so far, with my longest ride being 32 miles. These shoes stay cool and comfortable the whole ride. 15 September 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes These shoes look great, and are very lightweight. I take a size 43 shoe, so purchased a size 44 - they are a perfect fit, with no pinching. They are quite thin, but even so, they stood up to keeping my feet reasonably warm on the coldest day this winter. I will wear them with toe-covers to add that extra layer of warmth. 19 November 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shimano Quality product Quality from Shimano as usual, needed a pair of road shoes when returning to road riding (wife's orders ) after one to many face plants while Mountain Biking on ones own. I didn't want to pay the earth but didn't want any thing to cheap. Chose these and think I have made a wise choice ridden about 500K in them now and have found them really good. They are comfortable and have stiff soles with good fastening's enabling you to strap your feet in tight. I went up a size on these from 43 to 44 and glad I did I think they may have been a tad tight otherwise. My only concern is there is a fair few air vents in the sole and some of the upper is mesh so could be a problem with the cold and water spray this winter so may well be using over-shoes soon or seal socks even! maybe both. Oh! yes they come with a set of cleats too. If like me you what a shoe that is not going to fall apart after a few rides and does not cost the earth these are a good choice. I have not given up the MTB completely I'm missing the trees and mud to much............ 28 October 2013

I would recommend sticking to the same size of shoes. Shimano will be the same fitting across all the models.

Answer:
I think you will be OK with the same size. I went from a pair of Shimano mountain bike shoes, to these and went for the same size. They are a perfect fit. The only reason you might need to go up a size is if you have wide feet - these are quite a narrow fit.
