Rated 5 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great! High end features but not absurd price Shimano's highest level shoe before custom fitting. Real stiff sole. Comfy shoe once you get the right size, everyone complains Shimano are "too small with their sizing" but I wear the same size as my everyday shoes. 07 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A game changer I have been using shimano mtb shoes for years and very pleased. Road shoes seem a little narrower and less comfortable on long rides. My first pair stretched, but a second higher spec pair did not (by design) and i have had sore feet until i bought the wide version of r170 shoes. Size 8.5 normally and 43 fits perfectly. 16 March 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cleats This shoe is only SPD-SL and not SPD for anyone looking to use SPD cleats there are other road shoes available. 12 February 2013

Answer:
I have wide feet, a full size up in shimano was required. I did not need the wide fitting, so unless your feet are very wide i would stick to normal fitting.

Answer:
Regarding the sizing of Shimano shoes we would normally recommend ordering a size up from your normal so if you are normally a Euro 42 then we would recommend ordering a Euro 43 in this case.

Answer:
No. The manufacturer do not supply a width chart.
Wide fitting will simply be like trying on a normal shoe. There will be no need to size up.
