Rated 5 out of 5 by とてもよい 金曜日に注文、発送し、水曜日に届きました。初心者には丁度よく、お値段もリーズナブルでした。日数は結構かかるかな?と思っていましたが、6日で届いたので満足です!初めてのビンディングにおすすめです! I ordered on Friday, it ships, arrived on Wednesday. Just right, the price was also reasonable for a beginner. Number of days I wonder if take quite? It was thought that, but I am satisfied because I arrived in the 6th! It is recommended for the binding of the first time! 04 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value Excellent value, got them on my commuter and turbo bikes! 27 April 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for a Newbie As a complete newbie I didn't really know what to get. These were an extremely cheap option (half the price of the local bike store for the same pedal). Went on my first ride yesterday and was a little concerned about getting my feet in and out, but I practiced a few times before hit the road. Very confident now with only one ride. Did find they needed tightening up when I got home as they come quite loose making it very easy to get in and out quick. Found standing up and pedaling very good and very responsive. If you are new and looking for something to get you going, you can't go wrong with these. Was going to buy white but read some reviews on here that the white scrapes off quick and doesn't look so good, so I went with the black, they look good! 15 April 2014

Answer:
The Shimano SPD-SL shoes must be used with these pedals; which have a three pin connector for the cleats on the base of the shoe.

There are some recommendations listed below.

Note that Shimano shoes are sized roughly One size smaller than everyday shoes.

Answer:
The cleats supplied with these pedals are SPD SL which is the three bolt mounting system.

They will not be compatible with the RT82 SPD shoes as they require the MTB SPD 2 bolt mounting system.

I'm looking for a pedal that can be used with and without road shoes. I ride mainly in the city without wearing road shoes and at the weekend with. Would these be suitable for this or not?

Thanks

Answer:
No, these are not safe to use with out clipping in, I suggest you take a look at http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shimano-m324-clipless-spd-flat-mtb-pedals/rp-prod5937

These you can use as flats one side and clip in the other side with shimano spd cleats. SPD cleats fit all shimano road shoes and many others.
