Answer: 
The Saint brakes use a 4 piston caliper and are designed primarily for a DH style of use, so you would be best to run the appropriate matching lever to ensure a safe and suitable performance from these brakes. The M675 caliper is only a 2 piston caliper so you could find that the lever design only pushes a smaller amount of hydraulic fluid around the system to the caliper.
