Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 30 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good price, perfect for what I need. A really good deal on this one, easy to install, just needed a spacer behind mine as was a little loose on the freehub. Thanks again CRC! 01 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by It does the job well Having chosen the close ratio 13-23, the incremental steps are really close together without big jumps in-between gears. This cassette was paired with a compact crankset up front. Personally as a high cadence cyclist with dodgy knees I think I should have gotten the 13-26... but thats just me 26 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Replacing worn cassette good product, cheap price , replace parts on the bike myshelf 14 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great its so shiny look of the product is great this is being used on a downhill bike as that's what was on the bike very nice shifting 12t to 23 is great for downhill. set up is sram 8 speed chain sram x9 mech x7 shifter and shimano 33t chain ring 02 May 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by It is what it is... If you need an 8-speed shimano cassette then this is it. Easy to fit, hard wearing, a little on the heavy side (but then so are all 8 speed cassettes). Great price. 27 March 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent cassette 12-21 I use this cassette on my mtb/road bike. Having a triple chain wheel means a 21 at the back gives enough range for hills and gives close ratios for going fast on the flat. Plus, it takes (IMHO) four times longer to wear out one of these than your more pricey 10 speed gears. This one also costs way less, and frankly I don't even use all 8. So, what a no-brainer! 24 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great quality for the price. Ordered this cassette and 2 other items friday and got the full order sat morning 8.30 am, brilliant service, as for the cassette its very smooth and quiet running and shifts are good, but to be honest for the price at the moment you couldnt really complain if it wasnt up to scratch, which it obviously is, looks good as well on the bike really shiny , only thing might bother some is its a bit on the heavy side but as im looking for durability for every day real life ridding i recomend it, and as usual CRC are right up there with the best of them. 23 February 2014

Answer:
The Sunrace CSM668 ran on a standard Shimano/SRAM spline pattern so you can use any 8sp Shimano or SRAM MTB cassette and chain, such as those linked below

Answer:
The Sora cassette is more suitable for a road bike given the gear ratios.

You will find less hassle setting up your rear mech and chain lengths if you use a cassette with similar sized sprockets (i.e. 11-32) to that which you are replacing.

Try the product recommended below.

Answer:
The short answer is no, if your ultegra is anything recent. Recent ultegra groupsets are 11 and 10 speed systems (9 speed Ultegra was 2004 I believe).

You will need to buy a cassette with the same number of sprockets as your existing one (or the same number as the number of 'clicks' in your shifter if you don't currently have a cassette)

Answer:
Assuming that the Ultegra groupset in question is also an 8-speed drivetrain; it will be fine to run.

I have an old (2001) 8-speed Dura-Ace groupset and need a new cassette and chain. Do you have any old cassettes or will the Sora 8-speed work?

Thanks,
Rob.

Answer:
The cassette should be fine to run on the freehub as Sunrace cassettes are largely SRAM and Shimano freehub compatible.

In regards to replacing the freehub body; please contact our Technical Department below with some information on the wheels in question -
