Answer:
Based on the cassette and chainring capacity combined the Medium Cage derailleur will provide the best performance.

As the Max Tooth Limit on the Short Cage is 28tooth; the Medium Cage (Max 32t) then becomes the rock solid choice for your bikes drivetrain.

Answer:
Hi!
No matter Medium Cage or Short Cage.
Length tabs affect the switching speed:
Medium Cage - faster;
Short Cage slower.
But:
Medium Cage for not drive on dirt;
Short Cage for aggressive drive.
I advise You to Medium Cage. He is more comfortable.

Answer:
SRAM and Shimano use different gear pull ratios so their shifters and rear derailleurs are not cross-compatible. To pair with SRAM Attack shifters, you should consider a SRAM Rear derailleur such as those linked below. A Medium Cage version should cope with your double ring/ 11-32 setup.

Answer:
The Short Cage is compatible with an 11-25 cassette however compatibility is also dictated by the chainring tooth count on the crankset.

Answer:
You need to identify the capacity of your drivetrain (which is the number of teeth on the biggest chainring minus the smallest, added to the difference between rear cassette cog tooth counts. So a 34-50 front crank runs a capacity of 16t, while an 11-28 cassette runs 16t, giving a total capacity of 32t. A Shimano medium cage mech usually runs a 35t capacity, and long cage 43t.)
The other general rule of thumb is that you will need Medium cage for a double ring setup, and long cage for a triple ring.
