Answer:
This rear mech will not be compatible with a 10 speed drive train as it is designed for 11 speed only.

For 10 speed and a 11-32 cassette you will require a medium cage mech 10 speed mech. A suitable option is listed below.

Answer:
Shimano have effectively done away with three (SS -short cage, GS - medium cage and SGS - long cage) Road derailleur cage lengths and now only manufacture two (SS - short cage and SGS - Medium/Long Cage).

To run a maximum sprocket of 32tooth; the Medium/Long Cage (SGS) would be required.

The listing shall be amended shortly to reflect this information.

Can I use this "long cage" derailleur on my Dura Ace 11 speed equipped road bike, please? I would like to take advantage of the 12/32 cassette for hill climbing.

Answer:
Yes, the 'Long Cage' is also known as the 'Medium Cage' on this range of Shimano derailleurs and it would be fine to run with your Dura-Ace drivetrain.

Answer:
With an 11-28 cassette and a single or double ring system up front, the Short Cage should be fine. For a Triple ring system the Medium cage would likely be required.
