Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Industry Standard for a reason. I was happy with my Time ATAC Freeride MTB pedals (and still am) so I thought I'd try their new Expresso road pedals too. Mistake. Replaced with these. 'Nuff said. 13 May 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Pedal I Have Ridden There maybe better ones out there but I have ridden these pedals over 25,000 kms with zero maintenance and they still turning smoothly without any noise. Have hit the ground on corners a few times but it has made only abrasions on the sides. The only reason I changed cleats was get some float i.e. red to yellow. The last set of pedals I seemed to be changing cleats every six months to stop pedalling creak. Great pedal and great price. I have paid double for pedals that begin to tick after a few months. Of all the components I have purchased the Shimano gear seems to work best especially these pedals. 03 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just brilliant! Great build quality. Comfortable cleats. No problems with unclip. Though sometimes shoe skips pedal when I'm trying to do clip, annoying, but I'm a novice yet :) 16 March 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cracking pedals Got them in a sale. Amazing value. Couldn't fault their performance. 12 March 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best for serious riders due to having high prices for dura-ace and ultegra carbon ones, these are the best ones in market for shimano users. You will feel teh difference in your first click. Try to use them both with yellow and blue cleats in order to find your float needs. 24 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolutely brilliant Best clipless on the market in my opinion. Quality is superb. 06 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great pedals Great build quality. More positive connection to cleats than the 105 pedals I have on my other bike 31 December 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great bearing i read all reviews are great and brilliant..yes its true, because almost 27 years i do biking ,i never try any brand pedals. its comes to the quality thats very important is the bearings even thousands of thousands miles, the shimano's bearings still working. Answer:
Correct, 2-bolt MTB shoes will not be compatible. You need a 3-bolt shoe. If you already have Shimano MTB shoes - and they're comfortable - you can probably be confident in ordering the same size in a Shimano road shoe without trying it on. I have M087s, I ordered R170s online, sure enough they're just fine.
