SKS S.A.M. (Suspension Air Mechanic) suspension pump is right for any tour, with its mini pump design. The swivelling hose connection is reinforced with a flexible steel mesh, which is as it should be, given the maximum pressure in excess of 360 PSI. The schrader connection is made with a new 2-stage threaded connector, making it possible to screw on and off without any loss of pressure. A pressure-reduction valve allows you to set the pressure to exactly the desired value Features: • Weight: 230g • Length: 270mm • Output max: 25 bar / 360PSI

Thought this would be a good replacement for my former shock pump, it's pretty big and heavy and not something you want to carry around all day in the pack. the pump handle isn't the easiest to use given the shape. nozzle isn't great with the weird pivot action of the back of the gauge. awkward to use. wish I got the DT Swiss one instead.

nice design, little bit big but fits in to my bag alright. not sure about other reviews about pump action seems alright for me. Only thing is when releasing mine seems to loose more than it should dropping pressure too much but probably down to me not reading instructions on how to unscrew properly. Gauge seems to be pretty accurate

The pump action is very flaccid, with no sensation that any air is moving until the final few mm of the stroke. The braided hose is robust, but very inflexible which, when combined with the long two-part valve doofer, means it's tricky to get into tight spaces. On the plus side, the gauge seems accurate and the release knob does allow fine-tuning of pressure. But overall the sensation that the piston is just flapping about inside the barrel is hard to get over.
