Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous

Bought the SKS Velo and have to say they work great. Very pleased with the value and seem to stop all spray, protecting the bike and me. A very good product.Do not be put off with the poor photo ad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Excellent mudguards
I have fitted a set of these on the mountain bike I use for commuting. They provide a secure fit both front a back, so are much quiter (none of the flapping noise) than the previous type of mudguards that I had. The coverage is wide and in combination with the integral fin on the rear mudguard are very effective at reducing spray - even on the wettest days I don't get any front spray into my face, and my shoes stay drier too. Only drawback is that the front mudguard can only be fitted if there is a through bolt hole in the crown of the forks, which is a bit more limiting than some of the other types that I have used in the past which had a bung attachment. Having said that the bolt attachment is much more secure than the bungs, which I have found to work loose in the past. All in all a first class mudguard set, quick to fit and very effective - provided you have a fork crown that will accommodate the bolt fitting.
