23 April 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by GREAT PRODUCT! - for the price I'm on my third one of these lights. I don't use lights daily, however this light has been cabled tied to my seat post for two years and has always been reliable when I've needed it. I have always run one on the MTB in case I get caught out. The first one I had for ages and eventually the weather got in - However, I kept it going for 8 months with TLC & WD40. The second one suffered accident damage after 6 months, but worked fine until then. The last one I've had for about 18 months and it is fine (just on second set of batteries). The seals are pretty fiddly, and it is really easy to get them seated badly, which will let water in. I think this is probably the cause of many of the "unreliable in wet weather" reviews - mine has been submerged in a stream and still worked, but I hardly ever change the batteries - so be careful when you do changing batteries. At the sort of money they are I don't mind if they get damaged or destroyed in a crash. 19 April 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Does what it needs too Hope its water proof - time will tell. Easy to fit, small and lite, good light out put. 08 March 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cheap price ... and quality I have had several of these. They are very bright for so long as they work. However, all suffered water leakage and ceased working altogether or begin working only erratically. If you are a fair weather rider who seldom uses night lights, this is a good bright city light. If you ride in all weather and/or store your bike outdoors and need a reliable light, this isn't it. 03 March 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by nice Very bright for cheap lights. Look cool when you have 2 of them on seat stays. Clip stays put on jeans. Only complaint is that they often change setting by themselves (ie. from full to flash or flash to off) when attached to bike and bouncing up and down kerbs. 01 March 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Well worth the price Took delivery today, nicely packaged and very easy to use. Not of the highest quality as the plastic seems quite brittle but at £8 it's not that bad so that's not a complaint. The LED's are bright enough and the 3 modes are sufficient. 14 November 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Economy option that turned out to be very good This was purchased as a 2nd rear light, this is less bright that my other smart light, but at this price I would expect this to be the case. Very visible on the road. Mounts perfectly to my pannier frame 26 October 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by good value well pleased with this. very bright with fresh batteries and has put up with some filthy conditions. I think the 100 hrs battery life is a bit ambitious but I tend to leave it on 'full power'just put fresh set in after about 3 months at 2 hrs a day. only gripe; the case now has a small hairline crack where the on/off switch is, this may be down to my numb fingers pressing too hard! 12 February 2013

Answer:
Fitting a light to a TT saddle is not really an option due to the shape/size.

However a light with a rubber connector (see below) could be attached to your seat stay or the seat stay bridge.
