Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 17 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent in the wet Very good quality and performing pads. Just wish the holders were not so expensive to purchase.. 26 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stopping power even in the wet These seem to work so much better than stock pads and continue to work in the wet. They even seem to last a good while. 100 miles a week for 6 months and there's still some wear left. 07 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gret pads Having burnt through a set of I think clarks break pads that my LBS fitted in just 250miles, I decided to upgrade and spend a bit more money. Did some internet research and found SwissStop were very highly rated, I have now done around 500 miles on them and have barely worn in to them. So far I very highly rate them 01 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Value Good value for thous that need carbon brake pads for zipp wheels. Would recommend. They last a fair amount of time under normal conditions and keep your carbon wheels clean/undamaged 23 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Stopping Grip (Wet and Dry) I always rely on SwissStop brake pads. I tried the green for alloy rims and the yellow for carbon rims and both delivers the same excellent job of stopping my bikes in wet and dry surface conditions. It is always good to think that SwissStop will work as I need it. Thanks CRC for the low price always. 09 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Top stoppers Absolutely great at stopping your bike and fit easily. Would recommend to anyone wanting extra stopping power 10 May 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stopping power even in the wet! Improved braking performance in all conditions - biggest difference in the wet, won't ride with anything else now. The only down side is that they appear to wear quite quickly, but I have been riding through very wet winter period, with lots of rubbish/muck on the roads - everything is wearing quickly! 19 February 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stops you in the rain I started off with Tektro pads, then Kool Stops and now Swiss Stops. The Kool Stops were a massive leap ahead of the Tektro's, but to be fair the Swiss Stops don't seem better than the Kool Stop Salmon, and are double the price; although searching on the internet people rate Swiss Stops over Kool Stops in the wet as better. The Swiss Stops seems to wear quicker than the Kool Stops too, so I think I'll go back to Kool Stops. I recommend people clean their rims every week or so, especially after rain, and check your pads every two weeks; thankfully I haven't ever seen any filings wedged in the Kool Stops and none in the Swiss Stops either, so your rims will last longer. 05 January 2014

Answer:
My bike rides tektro brakes - unsure if they are p422 or not. The SwissStop did however fit into the brakeshoe, I think they are a pretty universal fit

Answer:
These pads have the standard Shimano fitting for which Tektro also use; there should be no issues with this combination.

How many pads do you get?

The options are either '2x pairs' or 'pair full cartridge' what is the difference.

Does the 2x pairs mean I will get 4 pads?

Answer:
'2x' Pairs gets a total of 4 replacement pads effectively added to the shopping basket.

The 'Pair - Full Cartridge' supplies 2 brake pads and 2 pad housings to mount them to the brake. Essentially a replacement 'brake shoe and pad combo'.

Please can you advise whether the pad-only version will fit my existing Shimano 105 brake cartridges, or will I have to order the version including cartridges?

Answer:
The pads will fit into your Dura-Ace brake shoes, or any Shimano cartridge road brakes (I have mine in a set of 105 brakes fyi)

If the braking surface is aluminum then green or black should work. If the braking surface is carbon then the yellows should be used

Answer:
Cartridge Type Brakes of SHIMANO: SORA, 105, ULTEGRA, DURA-ACE, and SRAM: RED, FORCE, RIVAL, APEX have brake pads which are interchangeable and fits perfectly with the any Swiss Stop brake pads. The only thing you should take note is that carbon rims must use specific carbon-suitable brake pads. Note also that Campy and SRAM/Shimano are not compatible. All you need to do to replace the shoe is to unscrew and slide out, and vice versa for the new shoe.. Easy!
