Got a set for my single speed. Good power for such a small lever and nicely finished.

Out of the box the leavers looked good and feel good. Performance is good for the size of the lever. Replaced my standard flat bar levers with these and are a good upgrade for a small price.

These are of better quality than I expected, very nicely finished, and the handle is superbly sculptured to fit the hand. Two or three finger pull. The handle is glossy black, the clamp is matt. There's a reach adjust screw and a return spring which acts nicely. Hard to tell if they brake any less powerfully than brifter brakes, so I suppose that shows they work well. They weigh in at a genuinely featherlight 90g the pair. I've fitted them on an MTB flat handlebar which is only 22mm diameter, but the 24mm clamp fits fine with a few inches of (electricians) tape wrapped around the bar.

Very useful for having a secondary set of brake levers. Good shape and lightweight. One gripe is that the return spring in the lever is a bit too weak, causing it not to return completely sometimes after activating it.

Well, i bought those brake levers for a single speed road bike that i builted myself. I saw to the description that they fit caliper brakes and by the fact that i had a pair of tiagra brakes i supposed that they will work fine. I tried to mount the right and left lever as usuall but then i realised that they cannot work. After that i checked the manual and the tektro website (i should have done it before i pay for those levers) and it looks like those brake levers work complementary to the usuall racer-brake levers so at you have brakes both att the streight and curved part of the steering bar. Then i changed the right lever to the left and the left to the right to make them work but the ergonomi is not the best. The front brake lever works OK, the rear brake is horrible and i am still trying to fix it ....i am probably going to by other brake levers.
I suppose that the description here i chainreaction should be better and with more details about the exact use of an item,
