I've had 3 different Time iClic pedals and I have managed to break each pair, 1 set I have had replaced on warranty when the cover broke off, the 2nd set the spindle went after the first month and then the last set the spindle went on that as well. There was no way I was going down that route again and have since switch to a different brand. The cleat wear is fast and I was replacing them every other month.
They are great in the fact they reset to a nice position to clip in, but found myself sometimes heel clipping and having to readjust all the time. Then when the spindle broke on the last set I nearly lost my footing when the pedal turned itself upside down.
