Rated 5 out of 5 very impressed Great headset, fitted to my trek 4300. Super smooth looks awesome and costs considerably less than some others. Would definitely buy again. 14 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Stunning value & quality. I didn't expect much for £15 but I have to say, it's faultless in my opinion. Not a big name but beautifully made, works smoothly & the bearings are easily & cheaply replaced cartridges, looks nice & bling too.... Which is nice. Why pay more, can't see what more a headset can do to be honest. 10 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Replacement semi-intergrated headset I did wonder whether this would fit my Forme winter bike as existing FSA headset fell apart. What a great H/set. well made cnc machined from solid alloy where the previous FSA was a steel stamped pressing which rusted, also the ball race was an open cage which didn't protect the race at all. The Token was a world of a difference. The flanges which butt up against head tube are thicker than previous H/set but this hardly makes any difference. Races are the sealed variety, very smooth so hoping it will last longer than previous abortion. Can reccomend. 21 May 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by If it fits. Then it's all you need Finding a headset that is compatible with your frame is the hard bit. Fortunately this Token headset makes the rest of the process a lot simpler. It's cheap, it lasts and it works well. Buying an expensive headset is personally not an option I care to explore. Winter always comes and the snow and gritters always pay there toll on my bike. Expense only adds a small extension to product life. If it fits get it. Also whacking it on with a hammer and a bit of 2 x 2 (wood) is fine. Don't bother with buying a press. I never have and it's never been a problem. ( I just like to stress that because presses are such a rip off) Some of the bikes I've installed this on are left with a massive gap inbetween the fork crown and the bottom of the headset. So they tend to require a headset cover. (otherwise the gap will fill with mud and water and accelerate corrosion. 10 May 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant headset, nice and smooth, looks awesome. I got this headset for a hybrid bike I was building up, and I wanted something that would stand out and look awesome on my white frame. I saw this headset, and recognised the 'Token' name, so went for it. Its lasted me for years, and is still working great now. Still nice and shiny. Highly recommended. 21 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality at a good price For a sealed bearing headset that looks the part at a low price is good news. I fitted this to my main race XC bike and it makes for smooth handling, well recommended. 03 November 2013

Answer:
Not being a Scott dealer I can't be sure, but I believe the Aspect 920 ran a semi-integrated headset (44mm internal headtube diameter) so this Token headset should be fine. You can remove your existing headset and measure the headtube, or double check with your local Scott dealer.

Answer:
You will have to measure as accurately as possible the diameter of your existing headset. If the sizes do not match the Token spec then it's NO for a start. Is the Scott an intergrated or semi-intergrated or even an outside cup type? I would have a look at the existing set for any make or classification on it's parts bearings or headtube. There might be a sticker giving the size/diam of headtube plus internal bearing angles. Sorry I ccan't be more definate but fitting a heaset can sometimes be a minefield, good job you haven't got a Giant.

Answer:
I believe the '09 Five-O ran a 44mm semi-integrated headset (where bearings sit in cups which are pressed flush into the headtube); you can double check this my removing the existing headset and measuring the internal diameter of the headtube.

This headset will fit a 44mm headtube to run a 1.1/8" steerer fork. The crown race, top cap and star nut are all included as standard.
