Rated 5 out of 5 by Showed me my old pump was 30 psi under. I've used it once. It's already paid for itself. 19 November 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Easily damaged I bought this pump because I have been a happy owner of the Turbo Morph for years, but wanted something easier to use at home. I stayed with Topeak due to my personal experiences and because of the good reviews. When I got the Blow Joe Pro, I was shocked: it's huge. With 5.4", I'm neither super tall, nor extremely small, but if I pull the handle, it's almost collar bone high. This makes it very tiring to pump. It's not possible to NOT pull up the handle as far as possible, because there's hardly any air pumped into the tire in this case. If you're not 6" tall, I'd recommend to look for another pump. Apart from the size, the pump seemed well made, and the smart head was nice because it worked for both my 700c tires with Presta valves as well as my 26" tires with Schrader valves. But after only about 2 months of very moderate use, the "smart head" broke. The splint keeping the yellow lever in place apparently moved a bit so that the lever flipped when locking it on the tire. The lever was easily put back into position and the splint moved back in place - but the head was leaking air from that moment. It was not possible to use the pump anymore. I complained to the Topeak customer support, who sent me a replacement gasket seal. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the leak. I'll now have to buy another head. I'm pretty disappointed in the flimsiness of the head. I hope the new head will keep working for more than 2 months, but I would not buy this pump again, nor would I recommend it to friends. 06 November 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Pros: Handle lock. Long hose. Looks good. Easy to use. Cons: Can't get schraeder valve to work. Needs strong push at higher pressures. 28 February 2010
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not all it's pumped up to be! I bought this product 3 years ago, it leaked air from the bace of the pump where the metal meets the plastic. I should've sent it back to chain then, but I managed to fix the leak with silicone. Just recently another leak has become apparent which is located underneath the guage, I've tried to fix the problem with no success. I'm looking at another brand as I don't whant to replace pumps every 3 years, it's just not cricket. 18 December 2007
Rated 5 out of 5 by well thought out bought this because my axiom was knackered! this has a feel that it'll last for ever. well built and some simple ideas (catch to hold down the handle & somewhere to locate the valve addaptor, when not in use). very quick and easy to use. if you can live with the price, buy one 14 September 2005
