I have the gold version, which is very bling. The tool is beautifully engineered with excellent instructions on all the tools and functions it possesses. Most people will think the Mini 20 Pro has only 20 functions but I counted 22. You'd think someone at Topeak could count but it appears not. Also the CRC product description is inaccurate. There is only one 2mm Hex and only one 3mm Hex and a few functions missing from the description. Here they are for those who are interested:
Hex 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10mm, Torx T10, T25, Flathead, Phillips, Tyre Lever, Shimano Chain Pin Breaking Tool, Aero/Flat Spoke Holder, Chain Hook, Chain Link Tool, Bottle opener, Spoke Wrenches for Mavic M7, Shimano, 15g, 14g nipples, That's 22 functions in total. I doubt I will ever use them all but you never know I might just go out and buy some Mavic Ksyrium SLRs to try it out the M7 spoke wrench.
The tools themselves have the same finish as tools in a Swiss Army Knife; highly polished Chrome Vanadium. They will wear very well. A few reviews have suggested the fixed placement of the chain link tool means that the hinged tools cannot be pushed out from the back without removing said chain tool. That is true but to resolve this Topeak have ensured the tension of the hinged tools can be easily adjusted as per the instruction sheet using the 3mm Hex. Others have criticised the length of the hinged tools but I find them fine. They are 2.5cms long so judge for yourself. Of course there may be certain Hex fastenings on your bike that will need a longer reach but I would recommend using an individual hex wrench for that if it's essential you have one on the road. However, with a bit of jiggling around I doubt there are any inaccessible fastenings on most bikes.
It weighs in at a genuine 150g and if you remove the chain tool the weight drops to 100g, which, in my world, is very light for such a tool. That's less than the weight of 2 hens eggs.
The tools comes with a nicely produced neoprene pouch, which has a belt loop attached and a quality 3D brand logo on the velcro flap. Lovely attention to detail.
CRC have them discounted at the moment and elsewhere they can be had for £21.50 but even at the rrp of £28 it is worth the money. My only quibble is the warranty is only for 2 years and a tool this well made and touted as 'Professional' ought to have a lifetime warranty. However, I've not marked it down for that as I expect the tool to last a lifetime.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MattHolden great compact tool, not the cheapest...
this multi tool works well, have used to chain tool multiple times with no worries or problems, all other tools have worked fine when needed to use them, only slight problem is that the tools are a bit short, so it can be harder to get in difficult to reach areas to adjust bolts/screws etc.. the tools are however of a great quality and it would be big and bulky if the tools were made too much longer - this is a great compact on the trail / out on the road tool!

Rated 5 out of 5 by neithere Not cheap but worth it if you cycle a lot
This tool is neither cheap nor very lightweight, but the quality and functionality are amazing. If you are happy with your bike as it came from an LBS and only use it sometimes at weekends, don't buy this tool, it would be a waste of money; take one at half the price or even cheaper. However, if you cycle frequently and/or travel medium to long distances, fixing your bike with this thing will be a pleasure (I'm not joking). I have three multitools; this one costs just a bit more than another one (a good one, actually), but it's way better in all aspects.
Concerning individual pros and cons.
The weight is not light but also far to be a problem; it's OK considering the number of integrated tools and their quality.
The self-maintenance tool is a small key in the detachable chain-fixing part; it allows adjusting the screws on the tool itself (so you don't need another one).
The tool comes with a soft practical pocket (fastened with velcro) with a place for the instructions. The instructions belong to the rare breed of papers that you get with devices and carry along instead of throwing straight to the bin. This was a surprise, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Everything you need when you need it,
I have the silver version and have used it all winter for road and mtb. Last sunday a novice mountain biker buddy snapped his chain on his new 3x10 29er. I had it fixed and we were rolling in 15 minutes using the nifty little chain breaker. He's a link short but he's now gone and ordered a powerlink and a Mini 20 Pro.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous High quality tool and very light. Just a minor note on the design side, i bought it Gold color so if i loose it in the woods i will be able to find it easier. Don't buy it Gold is too bright and looks quite cheap indeed. I think silver might have been a better option in looks. They should make it in red too.
