Rated 5 out of 5 by Komsomolitan I don't leave home without it
Compact pump that manages to act like a floor pump but fits in my backpack. I need this maybe once a week. No problem at all going to 8 bars, have not tried any more. I have not calibrated it against other pressure gauges though but gets my tyres up there very easily. Have used this pump now for months without any sign of wear.

Using this pump for slick tyres on my hybrid bike, it works great as being able to reach up to 80-90 psi. Beyond that, it became more challenging at troublesome as the nozzle tends to come off from the valve due to the high pressure. It comes with a gauge which is very useful, although does not show details.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous Heavy but pumps ok
You could say I have a love/hate relationship with this.
It's big, heavy and ugly, but does the job well.
I have used this for about a year with my 29er which takes a bit more air volume than a 26 inch tyre. I have been caught out previously with useless mini-pumps that attach directly to the valve. This one has a long flexible rubber hose that attaches to the valve.
It's a bit like a transformer action figure in that everything needs to unfold before you can use it - the foot peg, the handle, the hose and the gauge.
- Pumps up a 29er tyre fast (I run about 38-40 psi)
- Long flexible rubber hose
- Comfortable handle
- Heavy and large. Takes up a lot of frame space
- The head rubber (part that attaches to the valve) wore out quickly resulting in not being able to achieve full pressure. It's a low cost spare part though.
- Gauge stopped working properly - still measures pressure but only when you have compressed the air in the pump
- Footpeg breaks off too easily.
If I could find a lighter alternative I would get it. However so far I haven't found anything that pumps as well as this. My riding buddies like using it instead of their useless mini-pumps. So I'm the mug who has to carry this thing around!
I would rate it about 3.5 stars out of 5.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous

This is by far the best pump I currently own. I use this now instead of a track pump as it gets up to 100psi easily. It fits easily onto the bike as well as in my backpack. I live in Hertfordshire and the roads are rubbish so I get lots of punctures and therefore gets lots of use. It has decreased my puncture repair time and also puncture repair stress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Great!
I've had this pump with me on every ride for the last two years, it's great! It works with both Presta and Schrader valves.
Being able to use it as a floor pump is just so much easier, inflates a tire in no time.
The hose partly hides away inside the handle which in turn snaps on to the pump itself. Neat :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Excellente pompe

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous Good pump after you understand it!
Got this product to day. Having had Topeak products in the past though it was going to be excellent. It
isn t too bad and does work fairly well with just a few pumps to get your tyres pumped up to the right psi. It pumps up well to rock hard tyres, around 130 psi i m guessing. It took me a while to figure out how to switch from Schrader to Presta value, partly because i couldn t get the rubber part out at first, so as to then reverse the rubber part with the plastic part. Eventually after 30 mins i got the correct fitting and pumped up my tyres really well! I did have to use YouTube to get some video help with explaining it all. It is very lightweight and a good pump to have on a long road journey and works well overall.
I would say it is a good decent pump but i thought it the instructions could ve be better.
(ps i can t get the bayonet handle full down just now)
