Neck brace integration patent-pending design is compatible with leading neck braces without compromising fit and protection (removable upper chest / spine and clavicle pads accommodate ideal fit with brace).
Strata foam articulates with complex body zones while providing impact protection (removable, rib and bicep pads for coverage preferences).
Vent-trak moves air through flexible channels over skin surface to cool the athlete.
Hex mesh disperses impact with a dimensional mesh construction that allows air to flow freely.
Anatomical design provides a close fit while integrated zones protect the chest, ribs, back/spine, clavicle, shoulders and biceps.

I have a 42 inch chest and 5ft 9 tall and the large size fits perfect. Looks well made and gives all round protection. With a loose DH jersey over the top, it's hardly noticeable.
UNFORTUNATELY Parcel Force delivered to another property even though I was indoors waiting all day and they didn't even put a card through letter box so had no idea where parcel was.

Good armor I recently had a big off wearing this top it saved all the skin on my forearm. The only down fall is it's a pain to get off. however it's tight fitting and nonrestrictive.

Troy lee take the top slot yet again in the upper body protection arena. I have been saved from a handlebar through the chest and smashing a dry stone wall with my ribs and back without broken bones or punctures thanks to this little beauty. I would recommend the long sleeve version over the short as it has all the forearm protection integrated into the suit as opposed to just elbows. I bought a size bigger than my measurements as it is highly elastic and will come off easier when sweaty. High comfort factor and you can wear it without any other shirt/top in hot weather without perishing of heat exhaustion, ran a day at cannock in this and it was fantastic and not restrictive. All the pads remove for washing but I just keep them in and fire it in a pillowcase in the waging machine. If you are serious about downhill and value your vital organs, get it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ADSL78 Light weight, good all over protection
I was considering this over the new 661 pressure suit which is what I had previously, I went for the Troy Lee, firstly as it was cheaper, but also based on reviews on a US site. I was not disappointed. It is very light, does not restrict body movement at all. It is a good fit, so once on, you do not really notice you are wearing it, other than, yes you do get hot, but give me body armour that doesn't. I have yet to have a big spill, but the padding feels firm and is in al the right places. I will also be wearing this when I next go snowboarding as it wil be a great base layer, with good protection.
Only downside is that you do need to be a bit of a houdini trying to take it off, especially if when hot!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Amazing...
Having used pressure suits from both 661 and Dainese over the years I can honestly say this is a revelation. From the pic I assumed it would be quite a bulky affair, but is sits under a L/s jersey almost unnoticed, avoiding the whole Robocop look/feel. Protection is spot on with hard plates where its needed and useful padding to ribs and lumbar area. The back pads don't reach down to the coxis like a standard spine guard, but the way that the pads are divided mean that flexibility is spot on. All armour gets hot, but this is very light, very well ventilated and is by far the most comfortable I have ever worn. Hats off TLD, epic bit of kit!

What can I say about this armour :) It's very light, breathable and does the job pretty well.
It has saved a few ribs and a lot of scars on my chest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Fantastic suit
Best suit I have owned provides excellent protection all over the torso. Fits together excellent with the leatt brace. elbows and forearm and shoulder protection is hard shell rest is the double impact foam. The best thing however is how cool you stay while wearing it you can easily forget you have it on its that comfortable. Only downside is it can be a nightmare to get off when you get sweaty as it clings to you but tbh 661 or nukeproof suits are exactly the same.
