Rated 4 out of 5 by Does the job After a year of regular riding in all conditions this service kit has removed all the play in my post. The keys were tight to get into the outer post but there is no play. Just needs a bit of riding now to get it bedded in. I think it's quite expensive for what you get, compared to a replacement clamp or other parts but it's still only a few pence a week. 14 March 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works well Definately given my Shokpost a new lease of life. When fitting (allow at least an hour to do it properly including cleaning off old grease etc) be careful not to push inner post in too far on re-assembly. If you do (and I did) put an old screwdriver through hole for saddle mount, stand on both ends of screwdriver and pull gently until new keys lock into place. Expensive for a bit of rubber, two sticks of nylon and a couple of plastic bushes. 18 September 2006
Rated 4 out of 5 by just good enough did give my seatpost a new lease of life but it doesn't last very long (about 18 months compared to the original lasting 3 years). but it's still cheaper than a new post! 14 August 2005
Rated 3 out of 5 by Be aware that this product is not suitable for older seatposts (pre 1997)the bushings do not fit 26 April 2005

Rated 4 out of 5 by used this on a worn shockpost which was nearly 4 years old. did the job, it's not quite like new but the forward/rear play has gone and most of the rotational play. will give your post a new lease of life! 11 September 2003
