Looking at the Corratec X-vert motion or the Vitus Zircon 29. Any help on what bike I should buy would be appreciated. I'm open to other suggestions as well. Thanks in advance, Cheers.

Answer:
The Vitus is OK.
It might be a personal preference (as I'm a little dude), but I just don't see the benefit in 29" outside of the rolling speed.

As soon as I get onto anything more technical with tighter turns, they're just no fun.

The best entry-level I've tried is the 2012/2013 Voodoo Hoodoo (not the 2014 though - it's awful).

Around £450 new (£300 second hand), and includes airfork, Maxxis Ardent tyres and was also Which? Magazine's bike of the year.

As long as you don't let Halfrauds set it up for you, it's a really good bargain.
