Rated 5 out of 5 by Хорошо Стоит купить один раз и использовать несколько сезонов. 31 May 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by very fluid I don't know that if it is normal to be very fluid but it does not look like an oil when you drip it to your chain. Sometimes I use olive oil for my chain and it shines after using it. After this one it looks normal. 23 November 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Top buy, but...not form my chain. I am using it for brake cables and derailers, but it makes chain dirty after few rides and coming of in rain. I'm doing about 20km every day and in rain I had to lubricate the chain every second day, wich was annoying. 03 January 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Good oil, slightly thicker than 3-in-1 so a bit easier to apply. You can't really have any problem with this oil as it's cheap and easy to apply. 28 January 2012

Answer:
No. This is a thin lubricant for bearings and chains. You should use a specific suspension fork oil of the correct wt and with anti-foamers for inside the fork, and a non-lithium grease with teflon around the seal area.

Answer:
I wouldn't - Any lube you use on suspension may end up contaminating whats inside the forks. I believe it's therefore best to use shock oil to lubricate the stanchions. In the past I have used teflon dry lubes on the forks and think this may have contributed to premature wear.
