As annoyed as I was about losing small nuts and screws into the detritus on the garage floor whenever I serviced my bike, it's a wonder I didn't get one of these ages ago!
The large ring magnet on the bottom is inside the foam rubber base so it will attach to things without damaging them.
I can fill it with screws and then put the whole thing on the fridge without the screws coming out.
I've not tried, but the magnet is therefore likely strong enough to ruin your automatic watch, wipe any credit cards you have that still use magnetic strips and mess with that compass you have lying around the garage.
If you're looking at this and reading comments then you probably know why it would be useful, and perhaps just want some justification for buying the Park Blue one for more money! Well sorry, I am an avid Park fan, but there is absolutely nothing to fault with the X-tools bowl; sure the stainless finish is going to scratch after you've scooped some screws out of it, just as the Park one would lose it's lovely blue paint job; they are the same size and also looked (suspiciously) very similar in shape. I'll leave you to decide if it's worth the extra to get essentially the same thing in blue. ;)

This is literally a magnetic bowl. Sounds like such a simple thing but it is fantastic. The magnets not only hold it strongly in place on the cross beam of my work stand but I have not lost a single little piece while working since I have had it. Superb.

What can you really say about this? It does what it says on the tin, it holds nuts and bolts in place. Very useful if your washers etc need to be in a specific order.
