Talking of pedalling efficiency, this gets a boost via the light but stiff full carbon sole. Press on the pedals and this sole unit ensures none of your hard-earned power is wasted, speeding you forward with thrilling and rapid progress. You'll also find ventilation holes that give extra airflow to your feet, regulating temperature in warmer weather and also speeding up drying. Rubber heel tabs also add traction and stability when you're in transition, hopping on and off your bike between swim to bike and bike to run.
