This gives you a stable pedalling platform while laser-cut vents keep cool air circulating as you build up speed. An integrated anti-slip heel cup holds the foot firmly in place, won't deform when pressure is applied and the anti-tendonitis form allows for the best foot stability and control

Pedalling performance is also enhanced via TSS technology. Standing for "Tarsal Support System", this maintains the ideal foot position within the shoe, allowing for a more natural and efficient pedal stroke. You also benefit from the EPS Transpirant insole. The anatomical shape offers support and comfort, while perforations are used to regulate temperature.

EPS Carbon Power MTB Sole 8.0

Combining Gaerne's Carbon technology with Michelin's grip know-how, the EPS Carbon Power MTB Sole 8.0 gives smooth, efficient power transfer on the bike and confident traction over any terrain.

The sole unit uses Nylon reinforced with Carbon, achieving a balance of stiffness, 8 out of 12 on Gaerne's stiffness rating, and flexibility to soak up small bump vibrations and excellent walkability off the bike. Not only does the Michelin rubber tread afford excellent traction, but it's also durable too and the wide tread pattern sheds mud well too.
