Legion Tribune Brake Inner Cable

This Legion Tribune series inner brake cable features a hard-wearing stainless steel construction. This makes it more than capable of handling all the intensity that's associated with road cycling or mountain bike (MTB) riding. In addition, Legion has also finished it with its renowned PTFE coating, so you can benefit from long-lasting braking performance as well as excellent protection against corrosion.

The road option is specifically designed for Shimano brakes. The MTB option is specifically designed to be universal.

The Legion Tribune inner wire strands are specially PTFE coated wire rope. Prior to the coating process, the rope is chemically modified to improve the bond strength of the PTFE to the stainless steel surface, so it doesn’t peel off. The outer-casing liner PTFE gives the brake cable excellent, long-lasting, ultra-low friction characteristics, while also improving the environmental protection of the wire, eliminating corrosion.
