Ultra-Rugged Design

Garmin’s Instinct GPS Outdoor Watch comes with an ultra-rugged design built to the U.S. military standard 810G for thermal, shock and water resistance (up to 100 metres). The casing comes with a reinforced polymer case that adds maximum strength and durability which is chemically strengthened, with scratch-resistant display in high-contrast which is easy to read in low lighting or direct sunlight. The silicone watch band is fully ventilated with two independent, removable keeper loops to ensure a secure fit.

Navigational

The watch is designed for those that like to go off the path and comes with GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellite network capability which tracks your movements in the most extreme environments. Also helping you to keep your bearings is an integrated 3-axis compass and barometric altimeter.

TracBack

The new TracBack feature allows you to journey without fear. The feature helps on your return journey by navigating you back via the route that you have taken to take you back to where you started your journey.

Training Monitoring

With an integrated, wrist-based heart monitor the Instinct watch monitors your heart rate, activity and stress throughout the day. Meanwhile, when you’re ready to train the watch is preloaded with activity profiles for multiple different sports such as running, biking, swimming, and more.

Connectivity

Never lose your focus with smart notifications. Connect the watch to your smartphone for full access to the Garmin Connect online fitness app which gives you access to a fitness community for automatic uploads, live tracking and GroupTrack features. You can also receive your smartphone features straight to your watch face allowing you to stay connected while on the move.
