dhb Aeron LAB All Winter Glove

Using Polartec® Alpha® Direct and Polartec® Power Shield® Pro fabrics, dhb have made the Aeron LAB All Winter Glove impervious to the worst of the winter weather. It's for cyclists who venture out whatever the weather.

The two advanced Polartec® fabrics have allowed dhb to deliver a glove with an incredible level of warmth, wind-and water resistance but with minimal bulk, allowing you to enjoy dexterity as you ride. The palm gets insulation but this is minimised so you'll still enjoy optimal bar feel and with foam padding in key areas you'll have hands nicely protected from rougher winter roads. Touchscreen compatible thumbs and index fingers make control of phones and GPS devices a cinch, all without having to expose hands to the rasping cold of the winter wind.

One of the most advanced thermal fabrics available, Polartec® Alpha® Direct is designed to regulate comfort in changeable conditions, making it the perfect insulating layer for cycling when temperatures can vary a lot over the course of a ride, depending on weather conditions or if you're pushing the pace.

Alpha® Direct is a new evolution from Polartec® of original Alpha technology. It removes the need for an extra layer of fabric on the inside, which damages breathability. By refining the shape and size of the lofted fibres, Alpha® Direct can sit directly next to the skin, improving breathability and comfort.

For this glove, dhb have used this thermal fabric on the outer face of the glove, giving you thermal protection where you need it, without adding extra bulk where you don’t

Polartec® Power Shield® Pro – breathable weather protection.

In winter, protection from the elements is paramount. The main fabric of the LAB All Winter Glove is Power Shield Pro from Polartec. It’s an advanced softshell fabric, designed to give the perfect balance between weather protection and breathability. While this glove does not have taped seams – so is not fully waterproof – this fabric will keep your hands dry in all but the wettest conditions.
