The windproof fabric prevents windchill from robbing you of warmth and the minimal seaming to the front works with the water-repellent finish to slow water ingress should you be caught in a rain shower. To make sure you don't overheat or get clammy inside, Sportful have designed in rear vents to let humidity escape before it causes a chill and a high collar provides the final seal against the elements.
