After clocking up multiple World Cup and World Championship wins, any update by Stans No Tubes to its legendary Flow mountain bike (MTB) rim would have to be perfect. Following input from the best enduro and downhill riders in the world and countless hours spent sweating the small stuff, Stan's No Tubes developed its Flow EX3 as a tubeless compatible bike rim that's beyond what they thought was imaginable.

Redesigning the MTB Rim

Designed, tested, and raced to victories on the World Cup DH and Enduro World Series circuits, the updated Flow EX is simply better than ever. Featuring lower profile sidewalls for ultimate durability and incorporating Bead Socket Technology for superb tubeless performance, it's ready for the punishment of the most violent and technical trails.

Stan's No Tubes kept the weight down despite increasing the sidewalls by 14% for maximum dent resistance alongside a 33% thicker spoke bed for increased pull-through strength. Beefing up the eternal rim width to 32.6mm and the internal rim width to 29mm gave room to reshape the bead socket to produce a tight seal. Overall, the rim is now more comfortable, durable, and stiff.
