Acros ZS56 Headset Upper Integrated Cable Routing

Keeping your cables hidden while also giving you a hassle-free, clean finish, this semi-integrated headset upper (ZS56) is developed specifically for bike frames with a 56mm head tube at the top and integrated cable routing (ICR). It can also only be used in combination with a matching headset cover (ZS56 headset cover) for integrated cable routing. The headset upper part includes a ZS56 bearing cup, a matching angular contact ball bearing and a special compression ring for ICR. Another highlight is it comes complete with Acros's internal protection sealing (IPS) for an additional layer of protection for the headset bearings against moisture and dirt.

Designed for Integrated Cable Routing

The zs56 upper part of this headset with ICR is the result of long development work so that you can easily install it and have a long rest. This is ensured by a double-sealed angular contact ball bearing that Acros fill with its optimised headset grease. Thanks to the two sealing disks with double lip seals, the grease is securely held inside the industrial ball bearing and moisture and dirt cannot penetrate the bearing.

Acros use special angular contact ball bearings in its aftermarket headsets. They can cope with the radial and axial forces occurring on the head tube particularly well and therefore contribute to the long service life of the headset.
