Torq Recovery Drink (500g)

The Torq Recovery Drink been formulated with the 4 r’s to give you just what you need to rehydrate, refuel, repair and recharge after exercise.

Torq Recovery uses a 3:1 blend of multiple transportable carbohydrates and high-quality whey protein and it is generally accepted that consuming this ratio post exercise will help you store carbohydrates more effectively and your muscles repair faster.

Importantly there is not a single ingredient within Torq recovery isn't from a natural source or doesn't naturally occur within the human body.

Directions for Use

The Torq Recovery Drink is easy to make – simply mix the powder with water and shake. For best results you should consume the drink within 15 minutes of finishing your training or race. This allows you to take advantage of the ‘glycogen storage window of opportunity’, also known as the ‘non-insulin phase’ of carbohydrate absorption.
