The Torq Recovery Drink is an advanced post-exercise recovery drink that has been formulated to rehydrate, refuel, repair, and recharge. The recovery drink is formulated with a 3:1 blend of Multiple Transportable Carbohydrates plus high-quality Whey Protein. This specially developed mix, consumed immediately after exercise, has been proven to speed up glycogen synthesis, therefore helping you to store carbohydrate more effectively than consuming carbohydrate alone. Meanwhile, the included Whey protein is fast acting, incredibly soluble and absorbs/synthesises more readily than other kinds of protein.

Directions for Use

For best results add the 50g sachet of Recovery Drink powder to 250ml of water in the mixer bottle and shake thoroughly. Consume within 15 minutes of finishing your workout.
