My Delivery FAQs

1. What are your delivery options and costs?

All our delivery options and costs are available on one easy page. Just ensure that your country settings in the top right are set to the shipping country and tall the information will be presented specific to the order destination.

2. What is ‘Priority Delivery’?

Priority delivery puts you to the front of the queue for getting your order picked, packed and dispatched. If you place your order by 1pm Monday to Friday you'll receive your goods within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on or after 1pm on Friday, or on a Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.

If you order is under £9.00 this will be the default choice of service for your order.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. When you select our Priority Delivery service, we will choose the most suitable service to dispatch your order on – this could be Royal Mail or a Parcel Force service. We'll advise you in your dispatch email which service your order is being sent with. Priority delivery does not guarantee a tracked service but priority service in our warehouse to get you order out the door quicker.

3. Can I choose the courier for my delivery?

Sorry no. You can choose the level of postage you want, for example standard or priority but we choose the courier based on the best method for the size and destination of your order.

4. Can I track my order?

If you have chosen a tracked service or your dispatch email tells you it is on a tracked service of course you can! Just be aware that sometimes it can take up to 48hrs for your orders tracking to start on the couriers website. Don’t worry this is normal and if you check back later it will be there!

If you hold an account with us just sign into ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ and view your order history. Once you click into your order detail you will be able to see all the information about your order including tracking information.

If you checked out as a guest you can still track your order. Just click on ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ at the top of any page and then click on ‘>TRACK YOUR ORDER’ under ‘No account?’. You will need the Order Number and email address you used during checkout to check your order status. All the links for tracking your order are available here.

Alternatively, link into your tracking directly from your dispatch email.

5. Will I receive text messages to show me were my dispatched order is?

If you're a UK customer you can receive text messages to give you a heads-up of when your Parcel Force-delivered order will be on your doorstep. To receive this service just make sure that your 'Contact Number' in your account 'Personal Info' is your current mobile number. When you choose a tracked service you will receive a text telling you your tracking number and when the order will be delivered from Parcel Force. Don't forget to make sure your 'Contact Number' is your mobile number and please keep it up to date in order to receive this service from Parcel Force.

6. Will I be charged Customs charges and how much will these be?

Orders may attract customs and import taxes dependent upon the delivery country and the items included in your order.

The following section have further detail on customs and import taxes based on the delivery destination.

Items shipped to the UK

No customs or import taxes will be charged.

Items shipped to the EU and Norway

No customs or import taxes will be charged.

Note for orders shipped to island territories please ensure you select the full delivery destination country before ordering to ensure the correct taxes are applied. This will apply to Channel Islands, Canary Islands, The Azores and Madeira.

Items shipped to Switzerland

No customs or import taxes will be charged.

Items shipped to Australia and New Zealand

No customs or import taxes will be charged.

Note for orders shipped to island territories please ensure you select the full delivery destination country before ordering to ensure the correct taxes are applied. This will apply to New Zealand Island Territories.

Items shipped to any other destination

Orders shipped outside of the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the EU may be subject to custom and import taxes. This is dependent upon the local laws of the destination country. Any additional costs incurred at the border will be borne by the customer.

We have no control of these charges, please contact your local customs office for additional information.

We do offer a duty paid service to some destinations for some products, if this is an option it will be displayed during the shipping selection. If this is selected no customs or import taxes will be charged.

7. Will my local Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods & Services Taxes (GST) be included in the product price?

If your order is being shipped to a country where VAT or GST is applicable, then the VAT or GST amount will be included in the product price you see on the product page, this is with the exception of those countries whereby legislation states the tax must not be included in the product price and must only be included at the point of payment. Selecting to pay by an alternative currency will not impact the rate of VAT or GST you are charged as the rate is dependent upon the delivery country and the items included in your order.

The relevant rate of local VAT will be applied based on the product(s) included within your order, the VAT will be displayed in the product price and no further charges relating to VAT will be incurred.

Items shipped to the EU and Norway

The relevant rate of local VAT will be applied based on the product(s) included within your order, the VAT will be displayed in the product price and no further charges relating to VAT will be incurred.

Items shipped to any other destination

Products will be sold exclusive of VAT, the price displayed on the product page will be the final price and no further charges relating to VAT will be incurred.
