The Gold EVO 105 Hydro is the ideal road bike for long-distance endurance rides, sportive outings and Grand Tour race events. An ultra-strong and lightweight carbon fibre frameset gives this bike exceptional pedalling efficiency and all-day riding comfort. It's equipped with Shimano's 105 11-Speed groupset to provide a wide gear range for steep hill climbs, rapid sprinting and long days in the saddle. Orro has fitted it with powerful Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes and it also rolls upon Fulcrum R800 race wheels wrapped in high-grip Continental Ultra Sport tyres.

Comfortable Long-Distance Road Race Bike

The Gold Evo 105 has been designed as a comfortable long-distance endurance bike capable of punchy hill-climbing when the need arises. This specification is ideal for the sportive rider looking for the last word in efficiency at a competitive price. Orro's Evo specification bikes get the same proven geometry and frame features as their counterpart top of the range STC models. The frame manufacturing process employs Orro's custom layup of 3 different types of unidirectional carbon fibre material to provide an ideal blend of stiffness and comfort.

Shimano 105 R7000 11-Speed Groupset

Featuring a full Shimano 105 groupset with the low maintenance consistency of hydraulic disc brakes to ensure power and control are at your fingertips on every descent. To achieve the right low-end gearing for extended climbing efforts Orro specified a compact chainset paired with an 11-30T cassette. This combination offers a highly effective ratio of gears making it much easier to completely conquer hills of considerable elevation while maintaining a healthy pedalling cadence for smooth riding. Having lower gears to reach for preserves precious calories allowing you to remain in the saddle longer, this is perfect for the all-day rides Orro designed the Gold Evo to take on.

Wide Clearance for 30c Tyres

This sportive machine has been updated for the coming season with new features and new colours. Generous tyre clearance allows for the application of larger tyre profiles, teamed with slender seatstays, Gold Evo will glide comfortably over anything the tarmac may throw in your path. An oversize downtube and robust bottom bracket also ensures rigidity is present when you need to put the hammer down.

Lightweight, Comfortable and Efficient

The Gold Evo is now 90g lighter, making it an even more efficient ride. Orro's custom layup has been designed to keep the bike comfortable for all-day riding and stable enough if you want to let fly on some descents. They have also altered the fork and the chainstays design to accommodate 30mm tyres for added comfort on not so perfect terrain and longer rides.

Strong and Secure Switch Lever Thru Axles

The Gold Evo uses switch lever thru-axles. These new axles are lighter and stronger than before whilst adding an extra touch of aerodynamics as the lever is removable. The removable lever also means some extra security for your wheels.

Easy Assembly

When you order a bike, one of our trained mechanics will carefully prepare and pack your bike for shipping. Upon delivery, the assembly is simple and all necessary tools and plastic pedals are conveniently included in the box.

Depending on the delivery service and destination, bikes will either be delivered in a large or a small box. Below is a guide as to how your bike will arrive:

• All bikes for delivery within the UK and Republic of Ireland will be delivered in a large box, except for balance bikes and BMX bikes, which are always delivered in manufacturer’s boxes.
• All bikes for delivery within the EU on a standard service will be delivered in a large box. Again, the exception is balance bikes and BMX bikes, which are always delivered in manufacturer’s boxes.
• All bikes for worldwide delivery outside the EU will be delivered in small boxes.
