These High5 Energy Gels have a smooth, light consistency and contain a dash of real juice for a great taste. Unlike other energy gels, the High5 Energy Gel is neither thick nor overly sweet. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet contains 23g of fast-acting carbohydrate. High5's Energy Gels are award-winning, having been proven in many of the world’s toughest competitions.
