Purpose built for turbo training, the Science in Sport Turbo+ Gel is especially formulated to keep you energised, to keep you going and to keep you cool during high-endurance exercise.

Carbohydrate

Each gel contains 22g of high-quality carbohydrate which keeps you powered for longer – ensuing long-lasting energy, that can last throughout your session and give you a pick me up when you need it most.

Caffeine

Meanwhile, each gel also comes with 150mg of caffeine which boosts your alertness, helps you fight fatigue, and to keep your focus.

Menthol

The inclusion of menthol creates a powerful refreshing feel. One of the main contributors to the early onset of fatigue in hot environments is enhanced feelings of discomfort and a perception of being hot and uncomfortable. The menthol extract improves the ability to tolerate such heat stress by reducing thermal perception through the refreshing and cooling sensations that menthol evokes.

Beta-Alanine and L-Carnitine

Added Beta-Alanine and L-Carnitine facilitate improved muscle buffering which works collectively with the caffeine to enhance exercise performance.

Directions for Use

Consume 1 Turbo+ Gel 30-60 minutes prior to exercise. The gels contain a high caffeine content with 150mg of caffeine per gel. Therefore, it is important that you don’t consume more than 1 gel per day. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
