X Air Bib Construction

The redesigned bib section Ale call their X Air Bib Construction. Using soft microfibre straps and a lightweight X-shaped back, this system minimises skin contact, leaving more skin open to the air. This allows for rapid sweat evaporation for greater comfort and freshness. The careful positioning of the straps also gives extra stability and holds your shorts in the optimal position at all times.

AM Carbon Fibre

Elsewhere, Ale deploys the anti-static and anti-bacterial advantages of their AM Carbon Fibre material in the upper layers of the seat insert. Dispersing charges accumulated during physical activity and accelerating sweat evaporation, this material contributes to extra comfort on the bike.

Men’s 8HF Seat Pad

Inside, the Men’s “8HF” pad utilises an elastic microfibre with memory padding, strategically positioned at the saddle contact points for maximum comfort.

In the perineal and ischiatic area, higher density 120kg/m³ padding ensures the very best support on the saddle and vibration-damped comfort across even the roughest of roads. Meanwhile, a central relief channel protects sensitive nerve endings while lateral shaped flexible wings follow the body for complete freedom of movement and comfort when pedalling
