SiS GO Isotonic Gels are designed to be consumed without water meaning that you can ensure rapid delivery of carbohydrate to your muscles without the feelings of being bloated that can sometimes occur with over-drinking.

Directions for Use

Simply tear off the top of the packaging and consume. For best results consume 1 to 3 gels per hour to deliver approximately 60g of carbohydrate and to maximise carbohydrate utilisation rates. No need for additional water which helps minimise the risk of feeling bloated.
