  • Vitus Dominer DH MTB Frame - No Shock

Build a top-end, custom rig with this Dominer DH MTB Frame as your foundation. Following a lengthy period of R&D, Vitus took the decision to take the best attributes from their award winning Escarpe/Sommet platforms and apply this to the new Dominer platform where the linkage positions and leverage ratios were fine-tuned to obtain the desired axle path. This new Dominer frame is strong, light, and reliable: everything you want and need from a MTB frame.

    Advanced Aluminium: Light and Strong

Manufactured from 6061-T6 triple-butted aluminium, the Dominer DH MTB Frame is light, strong, and durable. Delivering 200mm of fully active suspension travel via the Horst-Link 4-bar design with a horizontal floating shock mount, this Dominer DH MTB Frame is reliable and will cope with the rigours of violent terrain and technical trails.

The new Vitus platform features a floating horizontal shock mount (FHSM) and actual main pivot location (AMPL) designed to provide the most efficient pedalling and suspension action. This layout requires the shock to interrupt the seat-tube; the solution to this is an innovative two-piece hollow “Clamshell” chainstay yoke, which is both light and stiff.
